Designed for the couple who has booked their dream team of vendors and finished all the planning, but wants to completely hand over the reins when the big day arrives. While often called "Day-Of" coordination, The Final Act actually begins 4 to 6 weeks before your wedding. We will step in to meticulously review your vendor contracts, build a flawless, minute-by-minute master timeline, and direct your rehearsal. On the wedding day, we are on-site from start to finish—managing vendor arrivals, lining up the processional, and handling every behind-the-scenes logistic so you and your family can simply celebrate.
Bundle 2: The Mid-Term
Perfect for the couple who has locked down their venue and main vendors, but is feeling overwhelmed by the mounting final details, design choices, and logistics as the date approaches. Stepping in 3 months prior to your wedding, The Mid-Term bridges the gap between planning and execution. This package includes everything in The Final Act, plus monthly check-ins, comprehensive floor plan and seating chart design, and dedicated assistance sourcing and vetting any remaining vendors. We keep you organized and on schedule so you can cross the finish line stress-free
Bundle 3: The Curriculum
A completely tailored, soup-to-nuts planning experience from the moment you say "Yes" to your grand exit. The Custom Curriculum is designed for the busy couple who wants an expert to manage the entire process. We handle full budget development, venue scouting, cohesive design and aesthetic curation, and contract negotiations for every single vendor. As your single point of contact throughout the entire engagement, we orchestrate all the moving parts—including multi-day event logistics like rehearsal dinners or welcome drinks—to build a breathtaking, custom masterpiece from scratch.
